THE BLOSSOM STORY
Welcome to Blossom, founded by Rhian Collings, a dedicated Psychologist. Rhian's academic journey took her through Deakin University, Melbourne, and the University of Auckland, where she earned a Bachelor of Science with First-Class Honours and a Master’s in Psychology with Distinction.

Since 2011, Rhian has been supporting individuals with traumatic brain injuries, and addressing emotional regulation and trauma in neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. Through thorough assessment, goal-oriented development, and evidence-based interventions, Rhian has honed her expertise in empowering children, teenagers, and adults to acquire skills that enhance their quality of life and foster increased indices of happiness. Rhian's proficiency extends to the health and education sectors, encompassing front-line schooling and broader academia. This breadth of experience has led Blossom's clientele to span across Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally. Rhian has also shared her insights through research presentations at industry conferences in New Zealand and Australia.

BLOSSOM'S MISSION
Blossom is committed to delivering a holistic, evidence-based programs for neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. This approach improves the lives of young learners through to more mature individuals, who experience challenges in everyday living.

The approach does not look to change the individual, rather it is based on unleashing and enhancing the clients existing strengths by creating an environment conducive to skill development to thrive, both socially and as individuals.
